We are in agreement that Jessica is hands-down the best we have dealt with. She isolated out our desired property type and the listings she forwarded were relevant to our interests. In my opinion the property inspection company we used provided a C- report. Jessica voluntarily jumped on the concerns we had with the report and provided manufacturer documentation and verifications that the questioned equipment was actually working properly. We live in WA and our new home is in Yulee, Florida. Jessica provided videos and photos showing the property details. We had family members at the inspection as well. We always thought folks were derelict buying homes without physically looking at the home.
