Who Exactly Is Chelsea Keener?

Chelsea is a native Floridian who has always loved the small-town charm of Amelia Island.  She became a Realtor® in 2018 for one reason:  She has a passion for helping others!  Since then, Chelsea has successfully closed over $54 million in sales, earned Realtor® of the Year for Nassau County (2021), is a consistent Nassau County Top Producer, and currently serves as the President for the local Association of Realtors®.  Shortly after marrying her husband Darren, they moved to Amelia Island to pursue their Island life dream. Fast forward to present, and Chelsea is fortunate to be raising two beautiful children on the Island, along with a sassy mini dachshund named Georgia.

What Does Chelsea Do?

Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor®, Chelsea spent nearly a decade in hotel convention sales.  Chelsea’s extensive experience in customer relationships and contract negotiations allows her to customize each real estate transaction to best suit her customers’ needs.   Her attention to detail and expert knowledge of the local market gives her customers the confidence they need when choosing a real estate executive. Chelsea focuses on her customers’ unique requests and helps them achieve their goals by bringing enthusiasm and a fresh approach to each situation.  Her personal and professional philosophy is that luxury is an experience, not just a price point. When Chelsea is not working hard for her customers, you can find her cheering on the Florida State Seminoles and Kansas City Chiefs, exploring historic downtown Fernandina, or playing caddy to her husband Darren in a round of golf.  She loves showing her kids how to be beach-loving babies and helping them experience all this great Island has to offer. Another fun fact about Chelsea - she has been featured on HGTV not once, but twice!  Chelsea enjoys giving back to her community through the Outreach Committee and various volunteer opportunities.
